Data we collect
We collect the information you submit in a contact, Early Access or demo-request form: name, work email, phone number if provided, company if provided, product interest, message, language, consent record and submission metadata.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, assess and arrange a requested demo or pilot, manage Early Access interest, protect the service and keep an auditable record of consent. We do not sell personal data.
Lawful basis
Where you ask us to contact you about a product, demo, pilot or Early Access, we process the request and record the affirmative consent you give in the form. Any separate direct-marketing activity requires an appropriate lawful basis and an easy way to object or withdraw consent.
Sharing and international transfers
The website is operated using Base44 and related service providers that process data only as needed to provide the service. Data may be processed outside the United Kingdom; where required, we will use appropriate safeguards.
