Terms of Use

The conditions for using the AITEL website and requesting information, a demo or Early Access.

Purpose of this website

This website presents AITEL products, research and Early Access opportunities. It does not by itself create a contract, guarantee availability or constitute a professional, legal, medical, financial or safety-critical service.

Product availability

Product pages distinguish available, Early Access and coming-soon capabilities. A description of a future capability is not a promise that it is available, suitable for a particular purpose or approved in every jurisdiction.

Requests and demos

Submitting a contact, demo or Early Access request does not create a purchase, subscription, service commitment or implementation date. We may qualify requests before offering a demo, pilot or proposal.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or use the site to test, train or deploy harmful systems.

Intellectual property

The AITEL name, content, design and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit them except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are issued by AITEL LTD, registered in England and Wales. Contact: office@aitel.group. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
